i'm not sure what catches my eye more; the shocking pink silk blouse or the skeleton that's wearing it. either way, i definitely enjoyed looking at phillip lim's newest collection. that burnt orange simply screams 1973. check out the rest here.

starbucks on the runway?

everyone's been fussing about auguste abeliunaite crying on the catwalk for jil sander's fw09rtw show ("cries for your sins"), but i think what we should be looking at is starbucks' guest appearance at the dsquared² show.

have we really come to the point where a paper coffee cup is getting designer status? we see the likes of britney spears and mary-kate walking around with starbucks coffee and suddenly it's a must-have accessory.

now, although i'm totally against this idea, i have to give dean and dan credit for it (assuming it was theirs)... it has people talking, but not only that it's a completely new marketing strategy.
