i just found out that after 7 years of business, phi is closing its doors.
i had the opportunity to visit their store in soho when i was in new york last february. having seen the collection first hand, i can truly say that it's rather unfortunate to see such a unique brand come to its demise. the last shipment of goods with be of their pre-spring 2010 collection in the next month. read more here.

wang's are obviously way nicer, but i don't have the pocket money... on the bright side, the j.c. one's have very camilla skovgaard-esque soles, which i like!
